Condition

• The grant of accreditation and this certificate are issued subject to the requirement that the holder must provide relevant details of their professional indemnity insurance policy including dollar value, limitations and evidence of any exclusions and/or conditions to any clientele as part of their confirmation of engagement.
• The grant of accreditation and this certificate is subject to the condition that the accredited professional may only act as a relevant authority and/or perform, exercise, or discharge the functions, powers or duties relevant to the level of accreditation for or on behalf of the Insured listed on the policy of insurance and will not act outside of the exclusions or limitations of the policy for professional indemnity insurance submitted in connection with their application for accreditation.
