The Planning System Implementation Review was an opportunity to influence the future of South Australia’s planning system and the Panel appreciated your reviews and feedback.
The Panel’s consultation period has closed, with the final date for submissions being Friday 16 December 2022.
The Panel considered all of the submissions it received and made recommendations to the Minister for Planning in April 2023. The Government is carefully considering the recommendations and will release the Panel’s report, together with its response to the recommendations, in 2024.
Discussion Papers
The Discussion Papers were themed to the topics the Panel was tasked with reviewing. They elaborated on the areas the Panel identified warranted further examination and posed questions for consideration and response. The Discussion Papers are titled:
