Panel members expression of interest now open

The State Commission Assessment Panel (SCAP) is established under South Australia's Planning, Development and Infrastructure Act 2016 as a committee of the State Planning Commission (the Commission).

SCAP’s responsibilities include the following:

  • Assess and determine development applications where the Commission is the relevant authority.
  • Assess and report on crown development and public infrastructure applications to the Minister for Planning.
  • Act as the lodgement authority for all land division applications.

Expressions of interest must be received by 5:00 pm (ACDT) on Monday, 20 March 2023 via email to saplanningcommission@sa.gov.au.
