State developments

These notified state developments are submitted to the state's planning authority, the State Planning Commission, for processing.

Developments include:

  • Crown developments proposed by the state
  • Major projects declared by the Minister for Planning and Local Government
  • Developments under assessment by the State Planning Commission, as per the Development Act 1993.

To submit a representation, download the documentation provided below for the application. The documentation includes a pre-filled representation form that you can print and complete.
