Changes to Crown and essential infrastructure development applications - information session
The ability to submit Crown and essential infrastructure development applications through the PlanSA Development Application Processing (DAP) system will soon be made available for government agencies and prescribed bodies. State agencies or applicants lodging on behalf of or sponsored by a Crown agency will be able to register for an online account and lodge new development applications and land division proposals directly into the PlanSA system.
PlanSA is holding an online information session to inform state agencies, applicants, and referral bodies on how Crown and essential infrastructure applications can be lodged and responded to within the DAP system.

Aldinga Suburban Neighbourhood Development Plan Amendment – public information session
The Aldinga Suburban Neighbourhood Development Plan Amendment (DPA) has been released by the Minister for Planning and Local Government for public consultation. The DPA seeks to rezone approximately 90 hectares of land at Aldinga, bound by Main South Road, Quinliven Road, How Road and Aldinga Beach Road to enable residential and community development to meet demand in the southern suburbs of Adelaide.

Aldinga Suburban Neighbourhood Development Plan Amendment – pubic information session
The Aldinga Suburban Neighbourhood Development Plan Amendment (DPA) has been released by the Minister for Planning and Local Government for public consultation. The DPA seeks to rezone approximately 90 hectares of land at Aldinga, bound by Main South Road, Quinliven Road, How Road and Aldinga Beach Road to enable residential and community development to meet demand in the southern suburbs of Adelaide.
