Land supply dashboard

A dashboard to help keep developers, councils and agencies up to date on land availability and rezoning activity in South Australia has been launched as part of plans to place downward pressure on housing prices.

The online dashboard makes urban land supply and development activity data more timely, accessible, transparent and interactive through an online platform.

The interactive dashboard displays land supply and development activity for Greater Adelaide.

The dashboard supports the new Housing Infrastructure Planning and Development Unit to ensure the release of land is closely monitored and the state grows and develops in a sustainable manner with the appropriate infrastructure in place.

It will also be used by Planning and Land Use Services to assist with the implementation of the state’s Regional Planning Program. This will ensure land is tracked and released through rezonings as required.

There is a short instructional video on how to use the Dashboard.

For more detailed information on how to use this viewer, please read the Quick Start Guide (PDF, 1342 KB).
