To see zoning for your property:
- Type your address into the search bar to zoom to its location
- Open Layers
- Open Planning and Building
- Expand Development Plans or Planning and Design Code
For further information about the Code:
- Right-click on the map to bring up the information panel for your property
- In the Land Parcels panel, click the Planning Zones and Overlays button to see zones and overlays that apply
- Also in the Land Parcels panel, click the SA Planning Portal - P&D Code link to read the PDF of policy that underpins the zones and overlays
The spatial accuracy of the zoning is relative to the spatial accuracy of the underlying cadastre and the underlying source data set.
