Overview

The Code Amendment rezoned approximately 4,146 square metres of land on the corner of Richmond Road, Hampton Road and Eton Road in Keswick from the Employment Zone and Urban Corridor (Boulevard) Zone, so that the whole of the affected area is located within the Urban Corridor (Boulevard) Zone, to facilitate future development for mixed-use (commercial/retail/residential) purposes up to 8 building levels. The affected area is located within a state significant infill area that is well-serviced by public transport, close to the Parklands and the Adelaide CBD.
