Code Amendment ID: 10902 Ceduna Waters

The District Council of Ceduna is proposing to rezone land at Ceduna Waters to enable residential development of the land to a greater extent than what is envisaged by existing zoning, to maximise use of the land. 

Under the current zoning and policy arrangement, the minimum allotment size is of significant variance to the composition of existing allotment sizes throughout Ceduna Waters. The current policy setting hampers the further orderly and economic development of the estate.

It is proposed to rezone the Affected Area from the Rural Living Zone to the Rural Neighbourhood Zone and apply a minimum site area policy of 2,000 square metres. Future development within Ceduna Waters will be guided by a Concept Plan.
