Code Amendment ID: 10039 Goolwa Wharf

The Alexandrina Council proposes to establish new policy to better reflect the uniqueness of the Goolwa Wharf.

To achieve this, the draft Code Amendment proposes a new Goolwa Wharf Subzone which will sit across the Infrastructure (Ferry and Marina Facilities) Zone. The proposed Goolwa Wharf Subzone proposes policy that will reflect the aspirations of the Goolwa Wharf precinct for tourism, visitor and community activities. In particular, the proposed Goolwa Wharf Subzone policy will address land-use, movement, parking and access, land division and outdoor advertising.
