Virginia - Mitolo Headquarters Expansion

The proposal

The proposal can be generally described as an expansion to the existing processing, packing, distribution and administration headquarters for the Mitolo Group at Virginia.

For the purposes of the declaration, the proposal includes the following:

• the construction of a building(s) within the site for:
  • the production, processing, packaging and storage of horticultural produce
  • office/administration accommodation
• the demolition of any building or infrastructure within the site
• the undertaking of works related to transport arrangements, roads, parking, stormwater and effluent treatment in connection with the development;
• ancillary development associated with development.
