Licensed surveyors can lodge land division applications online through the Electronic Land Division Lodgement Site (EDALA).
You will need to use your existing EDALA login to get started.
From late October/early November, all new Crown and essential infrastructure development applications will be lodged and managed through the PlanSA Development Application Processing (DAP) system, including variations to previously granted approvals.
Existing applications, where no decision has been made, will continue to be processed but you will no longer be able to lodge Crown and essential infrastructure applications via EDALA.
