All land division applications lodged after 1 January 2003 are published in the Portal, including applications that have been approved by a local council.

Use the Development Application Register to search for the development application.

The Portal publishes all land use applications that have been either:

  • approved by an authority that is not a local council, for example the State Commission Assessment Panel (SCAP)
  • lodged under the Planning, Development and Infrastructure Act 2016

You won't find the application on the SA Planning Portal.

When a development application is approved by a local council they will publish the application in their register. A council register may be online or offline.
