Welcome to our new Code Amendment Tracking System (CATS) dashboard!
A code amendment is a proposed change to our State’s Planning and Design Code, including the rezoning of land for more housing options.
The CATS dashboard tracks and displays the progress of all proposed code amendments in SA as they are submitted, reviewed and determined. The details of each code amendment can be found in the Code Amendment Register.
The CATS dashboard isn’t purrrrrrrrfect yet, and we’ll continue tweaking and improving it in the coming weeks. If you have any questions or feedback in the meantime, please email plansa@sa.gov.au
Dashboard guide
- 'Consultation completed' – includes the number of all completed code amendments whether they have been sent for final determination yet or not
- 'Determined adopted' – includes the number of all code amendments which the Minister has determined to either adopt, or alter and adopt, but which have not yet been implemented into the Planning and Design Code (policy not live)
Note: for the purpose of this report, Development Plan Amendments (DPAs) have been excluded.
