Customer feedback informs ePlanning system improvements

Following an in-depth review of feedback received as part of the inaugural PlanSA ePlanning platform customer survey, a series of major improvements have been outlined.

PlanSA has written to survey respondents and customers this week, thanking them for their robust insights into how the State’s ePlanning system can be enhanced in ways that make it more user-friendly and intuitive, reducing administrative effort.
