Prescribed outage of the SA planning portal, Wednesday 25 September 2024

A prescribed outage of the SA planning portal occurred on 25 September 2024.

The Planning, Development and Infrastructure (General) Regulations 2017 (the Regulations) outlines that a prescribed outage can be declared if the Chief Executive (or their delegate) is satisfied that the SA planning portal, or part of the portal was not operating or accessible to users for a period of time. The prescribed outage affected all development application. In accordance with the Regulations, a period of one business day has been added to those development applications affected by the outage.
