Deletion of swimming pool default notification function for councils | Where a building certifier is the relevant authority for the building consent, council users for the location can remove the default swimming pool default notification 'Installation of temporary safety barrier for a swimming pool containing a water depth greater than 300mm' when processing development approval. |
Review of additional document submission permissions | The action to review additional documents submitted by the applicant can now only be accepted or declined by the active consent or development approval relevant authority. |
