About this document
Accredited professionals must maintain the highest ethical standards to maintain public confidence in the planning system.
The Code of Conduct ensures that all accredited professionals act honestly and ethically with a high degree of accountability.
Codes of conduct are adopted by the Minister to be observed by professionals operating in the planning system under the Planning, Development and Infrastructure Act 2016.
