About this document
This code of conduct requires assessment panel members to:
- uphold the highest ethical standards in their work to maintain public confidence in the integrity of development assessment
- act honestly and ethically and to be accountable
- seek the advice of the assessment panel manager or another suitable person if they have any doubt regarding a function they may perform under the Act.
Codes of conduct are adopted by the Minister to be observed by professionals operating in the planning system under the Planning, Development and Infrastructure Act 2016.
