About this document
An Impact Assessed development application form is an approved form under Section 111(2)(d)(i) of the Planning, Development and Infrastructure Act 2016 and Practice Direction 17.
Impact Assessed development is a type of development that is either declared by the Minister for Planning (the Minister) or prescribed via the Planning, Development & Infrastructure (General) Regulations 2017 if it is considered to be of economic, social or environmental importance to South Australia.
This form provides for a summary of the proposed Impact Assessed development, including proponent and location details, and a description of development.
The form should be read in conjunction with Practice Direction 17, which provides a detailed list of information that must be provided when lodging an Impact Assessed development.
All Impact Assessed development applications must be lodged with the Minister for assessment.
Applications should be emailed direct to spcapplications@sa.gov.au. Impact Assessed development applications cannot currently be lodged online.
