This form is an approved form for the purposes section 126(1) of the Planning, Development and Infrastructure Act 2016 for an application for outline consent under section 120 of that Act, as determined by the Minister for Planning for the purposes of regulation 57(1) of the Planning, Development and Infrastructure (General) Regulations 2017.
A relevant authority must, on making a decision on an application for outline consent, give notice of the decision in accordance with the regulations, including any conditions imposed (and in the case of a refusal, the notice must include the reasons for the refusal and any appeal rights).
The relevant authority is required to notify the applicant, the owner and any other relevant parties of the decision by distribution of the decision notification form.
