About this document
A deemed consent notice may be given to the relevant authority if they don’t decide on an application within the set time.
The deemed planning consent may include:
- conditions that a relevant authority imposes within ten business days of receiving the notice
- standard conditions are specified in this practice direction if the relevant authority does not grant planning consent.
The State Planning Commission issues practice directions to specify procedural requirements in connection the Planning, Development and Infrastructure Act 2016.
