About this document
This practice direction:
- provides clear direction about the type of conditions that may be imposed by a relevant authority under section 127 (1)(b) and (2)(a) of the Act, including prohibiting certain conditions or classes of condition
- specifies conditions imposed when granting a development authorisation for certain classes of development.
The State Planning Commission issues practice directions to specify procedural requirements in connection the Planning, Development and Infrastructure Act 2016.
