Ceduna Keys - Marina

The proposal

The proposal by the Ceduna Marina Development Company can generally be described as a multi component marina with waterfront residential housing, community centre and facilities for tourists and commercial fishing/aquaculture industry. Whilst a provisional development authorisation was granted by the Governor of South Australia on 13 December 2007, no construction works commenced within the required and previously extended timeframes. On 28 June 2023, the Minister for Planning cancelled the development authorisation, with the major development declaration then revoked by further notice in the Government Gazette on 27 July 2023.
