Operational and application reporting

The reporting functions are available to councils to help monitor and track progress, manage workloads and monitor time management.

Examples of reporting include:

  • tracking application statistics
  • verification of applications
  • public notification
  • management of time bound processes
  • remaining referral response days
  • statutory requirements (e.g. inspections)
  • reconciliation of fees (paid and disbursed)
  • team and individual staff workloads.
