Code Amendment ID: 10001 Riverbank Precinct

The South Australian Government is progressing infrastructure initiatives of state significance in Adelaide’s Riverbank Precinct including the development of the proposed new Women’s and Children’s Hospital.

The Code Amendment sought to ensure the current zoning and policy is appropriate and provides the strategic framework to guide future development. The Code Amendment was revised as a result of the community engagement period, held from 15 September 2021 to 27 October 2021.
